Job Description:

Our Business Technology Services team is delivering innovative and reliable network technology solutions to shape AT&T’s next generation network to provide connectivity for AT&T’s mobility, wireline, and consumer services.

Network Architecture & Design engineer will steer the implementation of Broadband solutions across multiple product owners and stakeholders in organizations within AT&T and the industry. Relevant technologies that the role will be dealing with include, but are not limited to, Ethernet networking (L2/L3), PON (Passive Optical Networks), Network Security, Optical Network Engineering (DWDM) and Industry Standards.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline e.g. Computer Science, or Engineering.

Additional Requirements:

Knowledge of IPv4 or IPv6 and L2/L3 networking, PON (Passive Optical Networks), Network Security, DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing), and Optical Network Engineering Demonstrated knowledge oEthernet networking (L2/L3) and Data Sciences,Experience with at least one scripting language, such as Python.

Our Sr. Specialist Member of Technical Staff earn between $122,000 – $183,000 USD, annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
