JOB TITLE: Senior System Engineer     

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard Street Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

Senior System Engineer needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Dallas, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to translate business needs into technical solutions and define solutions to problems through the reasoned application of information technology. Design, develop, document, and analyze overall architecture of systems including hardware and software. Determine integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs. Coordinate the design and integration of total systems including subsystems. Configure and implement ServiceNow solutions and leverage appropriate ServiceNow components to meet specific business needs. Understand all technical aspects of the ServiceNow implementation including process and solution integration, workflow design and configuration, integration components, and reporting. Create and modify configurations such as system policies, system properties, business rules, and client scripts. Apply advanced knowledge of ServiceNow email notifications, inbound actions, reports, gauges, home pages, catalog items, wizards, and record producers. Develop and support the integration of third party systems with ServiceNow, MID server, and web services. Utilize knowledge of ServiceNow business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, script includes, and access control lists. Perform user administration with and create custom roles for specific users in order to providing access for different modules in the ServiceNow platform. Specify and evaluate ServiceNow ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and GRC modules. Apply knowledge of CMDB and asset management services, business services, and Configuration Item (CI) relationships in ServiceNow environment. Complete vendor management functionalities and workspace utilization for suppliers and vendors in ServiceNow. Utilize JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in ServiceNow fundamental development processes. Apply advanced knowledge in REST and SOAP integration methodologies for communicating with third party applications and data flows. Apply software development life cycle methodologies in ServiceNow projects. Design and implement IT and non-IT related process workflows, procedures, and technical standards. Implement inbound and outbound API integrations and the Service Portal on ServiceNow.                 

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems Technologies- Information Assurance and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation developing and supporting the integration of third party systems with ServiceNow, MID server, and web services; utilizing knowledge of ServiceNow business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, script includes, and access control lists; utilizing JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in ServiceNow fundamental development processes; applying advanced knowledge in REST and SOAP integration methodologies for communicating with third party applications and data flows; designing and implementing IT and non-IT related process workflows, procedures, and technical standards; and implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and the Service Portal on ServiceNow.
