Job Description:
As a Sales Manager Customer Success Mob you will be responsible for the management of an inside sales team who sells the organizations products and/or services via telephone.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
This supervisor plans, directs, and manages the activities of an inside sales team.Responsible for staffing, setting quotas, and monitoring performance.Achieves unit revenue and expense objectives within assigned area by coaching and mentoring.Provides management with summary of sales activities and forecasts.Responsible for sales and outbound sales strategies.Creates recommendations and implements procedures and policy for a functional piece of the strategic plan.Responsible for outbound or a combination of inbound/outbound tele sales activities.Collaborate and contribute in decision making process regarding hiring, promoting and discharging employees.Education: requires a bachelor's degree.
Experience: requires 8 plus years' experience, this is a Supervisory role.
