Our Federal Solutions Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating, and assuring critical voice, video, and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations.
AT&T has an opening for a Program Manager to support the Federal Solutions Segment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and implement program strategies aligned with organizational objectives.Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and risk management.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.Regularly communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and executive leadership.Foster a positive team environment by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to project managers and team members.Evaluate and recommend process improvements and best practices to optimize program performance and efficiency.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.Ensure that all program activities adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.Required Clearance:

Required Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
High School/GED OR Associates AND 7 Years’ ExperienceBachelor’s AND 5 Years’ ExperienceMaster’s AND 3 Years’ ExperienceCERTIFICATION: PMP
Desired Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., PMI, PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines.Proficient in project management software, MS Project and so forth.Our Program Manager’s earn between $130,000 - $175,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
