Job Description:

JOB TITLE:  Professional Software Engineer

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard Street, Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

DUTIES:   Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software. Collaborate with designers, developers, user experience team and product owners in order to avail interactive and scalable sites/software. Identify and keep abreast of new methodologies and technologies that improve the quality, reliability, and performance. Write great quality code with a relentless passion for automated testing and validation. Follow company policies in the areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management and compliance. Perform complex engineering activities for performance tuning, monitoring, deployment and production support with direction from Senior Engineers. Maintain and update CICD pipelines.  Build web applications using Java, Spring Frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Junit, GraphQL, REST, SOAP, MySQL, Cassandra, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, Service Now, Docker, Jenkins, Git, SVN, and Linux. Work in a fast paced and highly collaborative position, be highly organized and have an ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Build Java-based high-volume/high-transaction e-commerce applications. 

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering and 3 Years of experience in the job offered or 3 Years of experience in a related occupation building web applications using Java, Spring Frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Junit, GraphQL, REST, SOAP, MySQL, Cassandra, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, Service Now, Docker, Jenkins, Git, SVN, and Linux; working in a fast paced and highly collaborative position, be highly organized and have an ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines; and building Java-based high-volume/high-transaction e-commerce applications.

Our Professional Software Engineers earn between $150,000- $210,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
