The Member of Technical Staff discipline is part of a technical career program designed for employees who are working on new and emerging technologies AND who have made a significant commitment to their education by earning at least a 4-year degree in specified STEM areas.

Education Requirement:
PhD in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or Masters in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors in an approved field from an approved university with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.Our Principal Member of Technical Staff earn between $180,200.00 - $270,400.00 USD Annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
