Key Roles and Responsibilities:
This role will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team responsible for growing Data & AI maturity across AT&T. The right candidate for this position will work across the CDO organization to enhance the Client Engagement function through a combination of Program Management, Strategic Alignment, Product Marketing, and Process/Project Management responsibilities. The primary objective of this position will be to ensure business growth and maximize client (business unit) satisfaction.
Program Management:
Managing the Engagement program for the team including tracking new opportunities and existing use-cases/issues.
Represent Engagement needs to the broader organization and enhance collaboration across key stakeholders.
Responsible for communicating overall health of client relationships
Strategic Alignment:
Drive reusability and growth by aligning Data & AI solutions with the strategic goals of our clients.
Drive visibility across CDO to help connect solutions to client needs, ensuring that we maximize business benefits from our investments
Process Execution:
Implement and streamline our client success processes such as Intake and Governance, ensuring they are executed with precision and consistency.
This should include both process design and execution - working to alleviate bottlenecks and have ownership for overall prioritization of work
Product Marketing:
Create effective presentations for solutions that are pitched to clients and build a central repository to house and update pitch material through collaboration with other CDO organizations.
Be well versed in Data & AI technology, platforms, and solutions to craft a compelling story
Project Management:
Lead high visibility projects that require strong collaboration across multiple teams both within and outside of CDO.
Demonstrates confidence and poise in presenting hypotheses, conclusions and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented but strategic thinker who takes initiative to identify and solve problems
Strong understanding of customer relations and business development
Proven ability to manage projects and drive them to completion
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requires on site presence at the listed location. No relocation assistance is provided.

Our Lead Technology Strategy earns between $ 116,700.00 - $175,100.00., Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
