The Lead ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for understanding the assigned module, its data structures, how it is designed to be used, and how it interacts with other ServiceNow modules. This role will work closely with the architecture and CMDB teams on the rollout or on-going support of ServiceNow modules across AT&T’s ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify major use cases throughout AT&T for where the supported ServiceNow module could be used.
Define when the module should and should not be used for those use cases.
Assemble adhoc teams of internal experts to represent the major use cases.
Working as a team, define and document a baseline process for how the ServiceNow module will be used within AT&T. All use-case specific processes must be based on this base process.
Establish and document how tenants can use (configure, develop, etc.) the module within their projects.
Approve requests to modify from out of the box.
Participate in the ServiceNow Front Door process, working with tenants and prospective tenants to determine right fit and help solution new use cases.
Identify what needs to be done to operationalize the module.
Identify development and support team.
Identify staffing requirements.
Abide by all Stewardship Principles.
Required Qualifications:
5 - 8 year’s experience.
Related ServiceNow knowledge, experience, and skills.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; or equivalent experience preferred.
Our Lead ServiceNow Solution Architect earn between $128,400 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
