Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Lead Product Management & Development    

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St., Dallas, Texas 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

Lead Product Management & Development needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Dallas, Texas [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to deliver mission-critical systems integrations and business processes. Apply strong analytical, communication, leadership, and technical skills in Salesforce technology specifically in System Integrations and APIs. Focus on planning and delivery of key Salesforce capabilities across business functions. Apply knowledge of product management and Salesforce technical skills and experience. Engage with business team and stakeholder at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate, and prioritize the requirements, along with creating solutions and implementing recommendations. Deliver product that meets business requirements, reliability, scalability, and performance goals. Drive alignment to the company’s cross-channel vision and strategy, support Channel KPIs, and deliver the highest value capabilities. Work with Agile team and create strategy roadmap, develop minimal viable product and Episodic solutions that drive a highly effective and efficient project development and delivery scrum team. Launch the vision, product strategy, and road map for products. Work with key stakeholders in the company to deliver vision including sales, partner teams, affiliates, and care operations. Monitor product for all defined KPIs to ensure best-in-class customer experience. Drive, develop, and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the program, including functional and non-functional specifications. Build awareness and understanding across teams and organizations. Ensure solutions promote simplicity, efficiency, and conform to enterprise and architecture standards and guidelines. Provide functional leadership during technology enhancements upgrades and implementations.  Work as a liaison with various internal business and technical partners. Partner with the support organization to provide training, support, and technical assistance to operation teams and end users. Participate in an Agile scrum team. Write, enhance, research Epics and features. Responsible as a business lead and central subject matter expert. Lead, guide, and support team members, and help streamline work processes to improve efficiency and consistency. Apply knowledge in software development, web technologies, and customer communications. Implement product roadmap assessment and planning. Drive and gather business requirements, assessments, and solutions, especially in the areas of data analysis, data extraction/delivery, source/target,   transformation/mappings. Integrate business process analysis, data modeling, and identify, manage, and correct data quality issues. Work within scaled agile development team. Utilize MuleSoft and Salesforce technologies. Engage APIs, Web Services, SOA, ESB, and ETL concepts and tools. Present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders. Travel required. 

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Information Systems, Marketing, or Computer Science, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation applying knowledge in software development, web technologies, and customer communications; implementing product roadmap assessment and planning; driving and gathering business requirements, assessments, and solutions, especially in the areas of data analysis, data extraction/delivery, source/target transformation/mappings; integrating business process analysis, data modeling, and identifying, managing, and correcting data quality issues; working within scaled agile development team; utilizing MuleSoft and Salesforce technologies; engaging APIs, Web Services, SOA, ESB, and ETL concepts and tools; and presenting complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders. Travel required.

Our Lead Product Management & Development earn between $155,000 - $231,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
