Job Description:
As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will Identify key customer segments by looking at firmographic, geographic, behavioral and psychographic data to effectively determine next best action to take. These include identifying product needs and fit therefore growing customer relationships, increasing product attainment and profitability. Individual must develop multifaceted, proactive strategies to drive customer/product acquisition, grow existing customers, migrate to new technologies and reduce product and customer churn all to achieve financial and net gain targets.
Individual will identify key KPI's to measure success, profitability, penetration and opportunities.
Individual will lead cross collaborative teams that help build strategies that help define what we will do with the segments built.
Manager will focus on effective lead list generation tactics and efficacy.
Manager will need to lead cross collaborative teams to create campaigns that include segments addressed, leads that are provided to sellers, marketing tactics, offers, and channel distribution.
Ongoing results reviews are needed to identify strategies that are working and opportunities that still exist that require course correction or refinement.
Manager will establish and participate in ongoing field focus groups to gather intelligence on leads provided, segment performance, product fit, leads and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
5 + years of experience in product or program marketing or related area of responsibility.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in in Marketing, Business or similar.
Marketing experience
Strong written and oral communication
Marketing and Strategy Positioning
Strategy Development
Knowledge of Product Line, Sales Channels, Marketing Channels and Marketing Principles
Strong PowerPoint and Excel experience
Our Lead Product Marketing Managers earn between $143,800 – $215,800, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
