As an Intern on our Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Development team, you can support all phases of domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. With over $160B in revenue and a diverse line of businesses that generate a steady deal flow, we’ll provide the platform for you to work on transactions of various types and sizes and across multiple industries – from telecommunications to technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with senior management to evaluate potential transactions
• Utilize discounted cash flow and other valuation techniques to assess economic value of potential transactions
• Create detailed financial analysis, including pro forma scenarios, to assess impacts to AT&T
• Assist in developing presentation materials for AT&T Sr. Leadership and Officers
• Support the structuring and negotiation of term sheets and definitive agreements
• Help manage the M&A deal execution process
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years full-time work experience preferably in an analytical role
• Excellent analytical abilities and financial modeling skills including working knowledge of financial and accounting theory
• The ability to deliver high quality and accurate work products in a timely manner
• Outstanding work ethic and an excellent client service mindset
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Commitment to work in a highly collaborative, demanding, and performance-based work environment
• Capable of quickly learning and assimilating new information and skills
• Be currently enrolled in an MBA or Finance Master’s program

Salary Range: $130,700.00 - $196,100.00
