Job Description:

POSITION: Corporate Development Associate       

JOB LOCATION: 208 S Akard St., Dallas, Texas 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

Corporate Development Associate needed by AT&T Management Services, LLC in Dallas, Texas [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to support execution of domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital, and other strategic investments. Work with senior management to identify targets, define strategic rationale, and evaluate potential transactions. Apply financial modeling, business dynamics, and common valuation techniques knowledge. Utilize discounted cash flow and other valuation techniques to assess economic value of potential transactions. Create complex financial models of businesses to assess future performance, including revenue, profitability, cash flow generation, and prospective synergies. Execute financial analyses such as pro forma impacts  by pursuing select acquisitions or divestitures.  Work on financial analysis related to venture capital investments, including assessment of company valuation and impacts to cap table based on funding scenarios. Develop presentation materials for officers and board of directors. Prepare term sheets for prospective deals, analyze tax impacts of  transactions, and assist with structuring and negotiation of stock purchase agreements and other definitive legal documents. Analyze select industries, including the identification of key trends and prospective industry changes. Manage  internal and external stakeholders and M&A deal execution process. Lead large support teams including HR, Tax, Accounting, and Legal through the due diligence processes related to transactions. Prepare materials to present to Senior Leadership as well as Board of Directors to educate and receive approval to pursue transactions. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Bloomberg terminal, and platforms such as CapitalIQ.      

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Business Management, or Operations Management and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation supporting execution of domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital, and other strategic investments; applying financial modeling, business dynamics, and common valuation techniques knowledge; executing financial analyses such as pro forma impacts by pursuing select acquisitions and divestitures; and utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Bloomberg terminal and platforms such as CapitalIQ.

Our Corporate Development Associates earn between $145,000 - $210,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
