Job Description:

Overall Purpose: Provides assistance to Store Manager in daily operation of a retail store. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Assists Store Manager in daily operation of a retail store including execution of sales, service and customer experience initiatives. Under the direction of the Store Manager, schedule employees, maintain inventories, conduct physical inventories, maintain store appearance and complete day-to-day paperwork as directed. Education: Bachelors degree preferred. Experience: 1 to 3 years retail, customer facing, sales experience preferred. Supervisory: No.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

      Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $54,300 - $81,500 + up to $18,000 in commissions yearly if sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual staring range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
